What is your weekend worship experience like?

Each weekend at The Rock Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music and practical, biblically based messages you can understand. 

What should I do during Praise & Worship?

During our time of Praise & Worship, those who are physically able, should stand in honor of God, He's worthy! Open your mind and heart to the singing done by the Praise Team and join in by singing, clapping your hands or lifting your hands in worship. Allow yourself to be moved by the spirit in your own way...He is worthy!

Can I expect the worship experience to start at the same time week to week?

We embrace "order and excellence" and ALWAYS start all experiences on time.

Is there Bible Study?

Yes! Tuesdays at 7pm PST we have our Rock Recharge Online Bible Study via Facebook Live and Youtube. Bible study is designed for us to delve deeper into the word. It is essential for Rock Church members.

Otherwise we are literally missing half of what God has to say to us each week! In addition to Rock Church members, we are blessed to have family and well wishers from all over the country who join us on our conference calls.

What happens when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not make it awkward or weird by having you stand up. It is quite normal to desire to check things out before deciding if this is the church for you and that is totally cool with us.

What should I wear?

At The Rock we care much more about your soul than your clothes. Wear what feels comfortable to you. You can find anything on the spectrum from casual clothes to business casual, what makes you comfortable is what we prefer.

The Rock Church Weekend Worship Experiences convenes every Sunday 9am & 11am at Black Diamond Middle School - 4730 Sterling Hill Dr Antioch, CA, 94531

What about my children?

Your children ages 3-8 will begin their experience by participating in The Rock Church corporate praise and worship. They are then dismissed and signed into The Rock Kidz Experience by parents.  Your children will receive a biblically-based, interactive, experiential lesson, snacks, crafts and connection, all facilitated by our licensed, trained and background checked childcare providers.

When is communion served?

We do not have a prescheduled time period for serving communion. We are led by the Spirit, not tradition. Communion is served as our Pastor is led.
